2.2 Contact / Business Enquiry Form

  • Full name and business email address
  • Company name and job title
  • Nature of your enquiry (e.g., service interest, partnership, general question)
  • Message content you submit
  • Optional: phone number if provided

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

  • IP address and browser/device type (for security and analytics)
  • Pages visited and time spent on site (via anonymized analytics)
  • Referral source (how you arrived at our website)
  • General geographic location derived from IP address (state/country level only)

  • We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing
  • You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing written authorization signed by you
  • We may need to verify your identity (e.g., by matching information you provide against our records) before processing your request to protect your personal information
  • You may submit up to two (2) requests per 12-month period at no charge

9.4 Shine the Light (California Civil Code § 1798.83)

  • California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes
  • Apthar LLC does not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes
